PRIVACY
Applies to this website. Last updated 22 July 2026.
This site runs entirely in your browser. It has no accounts and sets no cookies, and nothing you build or open here is ever uploaded.
WHAT HAPPENS TO A CHALLENGE
A challenge you compose exists only on your screen while the tab is open.
Exporting saves a file straight from your browser to your device. A share link
carries the whole challenge after the # in the URL, and browsers do
not send that part of a URL to any server, so a shared challenge travels from one
browser to another without this site ever seeing it. A preset file you drop on
the page is read locally by your browser and never uploaded.
WHAT THIS SITE NEVER USES
- No cookies. The one thing kept in your browser between visits is your light-or-dark choice if you use the theme switch, and it never leaves your device.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- No forms, accounts, or newsletters.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, scripts, and styles are all part of the site itself, so loading a page here contacts exactly one server: the one hosting these files.
SERVER LOGS
Like almost any web server, the one delivering these files may keep standard technical access logs: the IP address a request came from, what was requested, and when. Those logs exist to keep the service running and secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are not combined with anything else and are not used to identify visitors.
THE MOD
The ChallengeX mod is a separate download that runs inside your Minecraft. It makes no network requests at all: it reads preset files from its own config folder and stores runs inside your world save, on your own machine or server. Downloading it from Modrinth or GitHub happens under those platforms' own privacy policies.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data is held about you and have it corrected or deleted. This site is built so that the honest answer is: none, beyond the technical server logs described above.
